Dr. Welsh graduated with honors in 1991 from Purdue University College of Veterinary Medicine.
Her special interests include oncology and geriatric medicine.
Dr. Welsh and her husband have 2 children. Their family includes 1 dog and 2 cats. She enjoys boating, reading, and spending time with her family.
